Mr. Horn, son of the late Julius Horn and wife Wilhelmina, nee Watermann, was born November 23, 1917, in Washington.
He grew up and received his education in the Washington area.
On June 1, 1946, he was united in marriage to Annette Marie Kreienkamp in St. Peter's United Church of Christ, Washington. They were blessed with three daughters.
Mr. Horn served his country in the United States Air Force from March 3, 1942, until October 15, 1945. He served a 34-month overseas tour during World War II.
He was a member of St. Peter's United Church of Christ and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2661 in Washington.
Mr. Horn was employed by the Busch Brewing Company, International Shoe Company, Hazel Incorporated and Enduro Binders, Incorporated, retiring on May 15, 1987.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Elda Barlage, in 1989.
Mr. Horn is survived by his wife, Annette Horn; three daughters, Carolyn Gildehaus and husband Kenneth, Washington, Barbara Denio, Mexico, Mo., and Donna Gulino and husband Ron, Odessa, Texas; one sister, Carrie Mae Clover and husband Vic, Washington; five grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services were held Monday, November 13, at St. Peter's Church, Rev. William Schwab officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery.
