Norris Dale "Butch" Sintek, Lincoln, lost his battle with cancer, July 4, 2013. He was born in Scotia, Neb. June 5, 1920 to John and Mary (Walkowiak) Sintek. His life occupation was a body mechanic and he retired from Duteau Chevrolet as Body Shop Manager. Later he and his wife Eunice, managed several apartment houses in Lincoln and enjoyed their spare time with family and his life's passion, fishing, camping and gardening.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Raymond and Joseph; two sons-in-law, Tom Harrison and James Churray; two grandchildren, Michelle Harrison and Terry Weiler Simpson. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Eunice V. Sintek; sister, Lucille Braemer of Lincoln; three daughters, Mary Lee (Les) Brown of Lincoln, Beverly Harrison of Crete and Patricia Churray of Lincoln; 9 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and 7 great great grandchildren.
Funeral services: 3 p.m. Monday (7/8), Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home, 6800 S. 14th St. Lincoln, NE. Visitation Sunday 3-5 p.m. at the funeral home.
