Lawrence Neff
Lawrence Melvin Neff, 56 of 3215 S. Fresno died Wednesday at a Fort Smith hospital. He was a retired meat grader for the Department of Agriculture.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday June 5, at the Mount Moriah Funeral Home Chapel at Kansas City, Mo. Burial will be at Mount Moriah Cemetery at Kansas City. Local arrange ments are under the direction of Fentress Mortuary.
Survivors include his wife, Jean; two sons, James L. Neff of Kansas City, Kansas, and Tracy Alan Neff of Kansas City, Missouri; his father, George A. Neff of Houston; two stepbrothers, Fred and Floyd Schoonover, both of Houston; and two grandchildren.
{Cause of death a massive heart attack}
He had gotten up that Wednesday and got dressed for breakfast and then dropped dead in the hallway from the bedroom.
** His death was very sudden and unexpected. He was only 56 years of age.**
{He was and still is greatly missed especially by his youngest son Tracy Alan Neff who is alot like his father in his ways}.
