Isabel F. Skeel, 86, of Tiffin died Saturday at Mercy Hospital of Tiffin. She was born in Waterford, PA., to the now-deceased Wilbur and Mabel Dorman. On Sept. 24, 1935, she married Stanley J. Skeel in Ripley, N. Y., and he preceded her in death Aug. 6, 1994. Isabel was a licensed practical nurse at St. Francis of Green Springs and Memorial Hospital. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Green Springs. She was active at Tall Trees playing bingo. Survivors include: Five sons, Larry (Joanne) Skeel of West Springfield, Pa., Douglas (Sharon) Skeel of Tiffin, Dennis (Sheila) Skeel of Fremont, Gary (Phyllis) Skeel of Lake Jackson, Texas, and Bryon Skeel of Green Springs; a daughter, Patricia (John) Olenik of Marblehead; a sister, Doris Gaspelin of Tarpon Springs, Fla.; 14 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by a son, Richard Skeel; a brother, Clayton Dorman; four sisters, Velma Seifert, Ella Mae Briggs, Marion Skeel and Leona Roland; her parents and her husband. Visitations: 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday at Engle-Shook Funeral Home in Green Springs with the Rev. Rick Burkhart officiating. Burial: Green Springs Cemetery.
