Glenn Franklin Beaumont, 46, of Orange, Texas, passed from this life on Saturday, July 6, 2013 at Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston, Texas.

Born on July 19, 1966 in Hanford, California, he was a longtime resident of Vidor and he moved to Orange nine years ago.

Glenn was a member of the Orange Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and he had worked as a corrections officer within the State of Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Glenn will be remembered as a man who touched many lives, he was loving, giving and had a great sense of humor. He enjoyed spending time with his family and had a special place in his heart for his grandchildren.

Glenn is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Lutishie Anderson, his parents, Melvin Douglas Beaumont and Claudia Mae (Fowler) Beaumont and his stepfather, Robert "Butch" Mortimer.

Those who will most cherish his memory are his wife of 25 years, Arlissa Elaine Beaumont; his daughters, Monica Nicole Beaumont, Natasha René Beaumont Wilson and Adara Camille Beaumont; his sons, Glenn Andrew "Andy" Beaumont, Hunter Sloan Beaumont, Colby James Stratton and Kaydn Kole Beaumont; his brothers Roger Doyle Beaumont, Henry Earl Beaumont, Robert Earl Beaumont and Manuel Douglas Beaumont; seven grandchildren.

Interment: Autumn Oaks Memorial Park in Orange.
