Eugene Mountjoy, 71, of 3087 Montana Drive, Prescott, AZ, an Armington native, died Aug. 7, 1989, in the Sandretto Hills Care Center.
He was cremated.
A memorial service was in the Ponderosa Chapel of the United Christian Church Camp, Prescott. Hampton Funeral Home, Prescott, Ariz., had charge of arrangements.
Mr. Mountjoy was born Nov. 3, 1917, a son of Clint and Leola (nee Leach) Mountjoy. He married Mary Cremeens on July 21, 1945, in Blue Mound. She survives.
Other survivors include one brother, Wayne, Mackinaw.
One sister preceded him in death. Mr. Mountjoy, who was a retired carpenter, had lived in Arizona for 27 years.
He was a member of the Prescott Christian Church.
