Mrs. Dorothy Bartlett, age 82, of Rome Street, Carrollton, GA. passed away Wednesday, June 4, 2008. She was born in Carroll County, GA on August 10, 1925 to the late William West and Parrie Lee Holmes West. Mrs. Bartlett was a homemaker and a member of the Church of God in Carrollton. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Bartlett; a daughter, Barbara Jean League; and a brother, Isaac West. Mrs. Bartlett is survived by her daughter, Patsy Bartlett of Carrollton; brothers, Bobby Joe & Jean West of Carrollton, William West, and Billy & Linda West of Akron, Ohio; and grandson, Brandon League of Carrollton. Graveside services will be conducted Friday, June 6, 2008, at 11:00 AM from Carrollton City Cemetery with Rev. Tony Thompson officiating.
