William Pierce Levens Jr. was delivered to this earth and gifted to his father, William Levens Sr. on March 31, 1953. Bill grew up in Stanhope NJ, with 3 sisters, Shirley, Mimi, and Judy. Bill also had 1 brother, Albert. Bill had a strong bond with his sister Shirley. She used to baby sit him. He remembered her on mothers day and brought her flowers, he looked up to her. After faithfully working jobs, he obtained a position at the Town of Belvidere as a garbage collector. There he did multiple tasks, such as drive the truck, lift heavy trash, landscape, help open the town pool, help the town's Victorian day, plow snow and so much more. He was a hard worker. He worked hard for every cent he had. He was fond of fishing to, and loved playing lottery scratch offs. He was a very generous man.

Destiny writes,
"When I was sick, he took me to the doctor, he took me to get my medicine. When I was struggling to get food, he gave me money. When I needed a ride he offered one. He used to love treating me by ordering pizza. He bought me the video game I wanted and gave me money when I helped him out. He was very generous and concerned for other people. He once told me that 'if anyone ever needed a place to stay I would let them stay with me, I would help anyone who needs a place to go'. That's how he was, very concerned for the needy and helpless people".

As described in the above passage, he was a kind gentlemen with a big heart, he couldn't stand to see someone upset or hurt.
