Pauline M. Rohrbaugh, 95, Spring Garden Township, died at 3:05 a.m. Friday, July 8, 2005, at Colonial Manor Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center. She was the wife of Joseph W. Rohrbaugh, who died October 14, 1988. The couple had been married 56 years at the time of his death. Born July 26, 1909, in York, a daughter of the late Curvin and Elsie (Mundis) Keasey, she retired from the former Bayuk Tobacco Company, also working for Kohr Brothers during York Fair week. She was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, York, and loved playing bingo, gardening, and shopping. Mrs. Rohrbaugh is survived by two sons, Donald E. Rohrbaugh and his wife, Joyce of Santa Ana, Calif., and Barry L. Rohrbaugh and his wife, Nancy of Dallastown; a daughter-in-law, Helen E. Rohrbaugh of York; eight grandchildren, Beth Mitts, Kathy Statella, Karen Bradley, and Gregg Morgan, all of York, Stephanie Fritze of Santa Ana, CA, Stephen Rohrbaugh of Carlsbad, CA, Leslie Chase of Laguna Hills, CA, and Jennifer Lyter of Lewisberry; 12 greatgrandchildren, Rachel Mitts, Michelle Statella, Joseph Statella, Jacob Bradley, Julia Bradley, and Jessica Morgan, all of York, Kendall Fritze and Logan Fritze, both of Santa Ana, CA, Ali Rohrbaugh of Carlsbad, CA, Noah Chase and Colin Chase, both of Laguna Hills, CA, and Evan Lyter of Lewisberry; a great-great-granddaughter, Peyton Laughman of York; a brother, Preston Keasey and his wife, Faye of York; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by a son, Rodney L. Rohrbaugh; a daughter, Eva May Fissel; and a sister, Flo Staley. Graveside service Monday July 11, 2005, at Mount Rose Cemetery. [York Daily Record]
