Albion loved music and participated in a community chorus. She played the piano for weddings and special occasions. She won several grand championship awards for her beautiful quilts. She enjoyed bowling, cards and gardening.
Albion was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Florence (Bond) Nicholson; her husband, Robert L. Burch; her son, Michael E. Reininga; sisters, Dorothy L. Fair and Marjorie A. Hayden; brother, Roy O. Nicholson; and three nephews.
Survivors include her daughter-in-law, Linda Reininga of Evansville; her step-son, Gerald (Carol) Reininga of Evansville; four step-grandchildren; fourteen nieces and nephews, and numerous great-nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday July 14, 2013 at Titzer Family Funeral Homes ~ Volkman Chapel, 2nd & Elm Streets, Elberfeld, Indiana (812) 983-4211. Reverend Janet Buente will officiate with burial to follow in Zion Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to service time at the funeral home.
