Jeremy John Thompson

LEWIS - Jeremy John Thompson, 17, died Feb. 25, 1993. at the Central Kansas Medical Center, Great Bend.

He was born Dec. 18, 1975, at Kinsley, the son of John H. and Mary Louise Bettes Thompson. A lifetime Lewis resident, he was a freshman at Lewis High School. He was a member of the First Baptist Church and the Lewis High School Choir, and was the high school football-team manager, all at Lewis.

Survivors include: parents, Lewis; three sisters, Anna Marie Thompson, Heather Lynn Thompson and Amanda Dawn Thompson, all of Lewis; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John W. Thompson, Lewis, and Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Bettes, Burdett; and a great-grandmother, Martha Thompson, Greensburg.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the First Baptist Church, Lewis, with the Rev. Mark Hornbaker presiding. Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. today at Fleener Funeral Home, Greensburg. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery, Greensburg.

Memorials may be sent to the church in care of the church, or the funeral home.
