Lillie B. Myers 69 of Fairview died Monday at WVU Hospital, She was born June 2, 1917 in Wetzel County, a daughter of the late Nicholas and Gay Bates Barr. Her husband Waitman "Bob" Myers survives. Other survivors include three sons, James A. Sprouse of Worthington, Arlas J. Sprouse of Wheeling, Nicholas Lee Myers of Jakes Run, two daughters, Mrs. Duke "Ruth" Towns and Mrs. Denzil (Dorothy Marie) Lemley of Daybrook, four brothers, John W. Barr and Glen Norman Barr both of Daybook, Clarence R. Barr and Everett Earl Barr both of Fairview, and 11 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, two brothers and two sisters. Friends may call at the Owen Funeral Home in Blacksville from 2-4 and 7-9 Wednesday. Services will be held in the funeral home Thursday at 1 P.M. with Rev. John Dye officiating. Burial will follow in the Wadestown Cemetery.
