Steven was born in Heumaden, Germany, on the couch of his Oma. What started out a peaceful Sunday, turned into a life on memories that will not be forgotten any time soon. Steven was 6 foot 3 and of slender built. Most times he was quiet and soft spoken. He played football in his school years until injuries stopped he from playing. He found his biggest talent was graphing, art, and playing the guitar. He was self taught on the guitar, being that he was left handed it was hard at first, but when he found his hands, nothing stopped him or his ability to play all types of music. And he was dang good at it.. Shortly after high school (1985) he enlisted into the navy and spent 9 years on the sea and the shore, serving our country.
After he left the Navy he up rooted his family and moved to Pineville, Louisiana, he found a few odd jobs until be began to work for U.S. immigration (JAPTC) in 1994 and in 1996 he became a U.S. Marshal for the air ops. He worked with U.S. Marshal Air Ops until he retired in 2011. He couldn't just sit around so he went back to work, began working at American Standard Distribution Center. In the beginning on 2013 he didn't feel like himself and went to the doctor and they found he had esophageal cancer.. His fight to beat the cancer was more that he could take and with sadness he passed.. he leaves behind a wife Teresa and three children, Steven Knotts, Arron Knotts and Kalya Knotts. Four grandchildren.. He is the kind of soul that is missed by all he touched...
