Betty M. Homan, age 78, of St. Henry, passed away on Friday, July 19, 2013 at the Gardens at St. Henry. She was born March 9, 1935, in Burkettsville, to the late Raymond & Agnes (Jacobs) Brunswick. On November 17, 1956, she married Ivo P. Homan in Burkettsville, and he survives in St. Henry. She is also survived by four children, Keith & Sue (Hoying) Homan of Celina, Brenda & Paul Rizor of Lima, Linda & Dave Vogel of St. Marys and Craig & Amy (Uhlenhake) Homan of Celina, 12 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, a sister, Dianne & John Dippold of St. Henry, two brothers, Larry & Mary Brunswick of Ormond Beach, Florida, and Lonnie & Janice Brunswick of Monroe, Michigan, and a brother-in-law, Leo Pohlmann of Maria Stein. She is preceded in death by two grandchildren, and two sisters, Mary Kay Brunswick and Lois Jean Pohlmann. She was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church and the Daughters of Isabella, St. Henry. She was a retired interior designer for The Home Place in St. Henry. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 3:00 PM on Monday, July 22, 2013 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, with Fr. Ken Alt, officiating. Burial with will follow in St. Henry Cemetery, St. Henry. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home-St. Henry on Sunday, July 21, 2013 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and on Monday from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM.
