David was born in Cambridge, Mass., July 7, 1949, son of William and Ruth (Olson) Albro. He attended school in Belmont, Mass., Hebron Academy in Maine, Northeastern University and the University of Massachusetts.
He worked as an engineer and was employed by several construction and engineering companies in the Boston area including, Columbia Construction, S & R Construction Co., Inc. and Beaver Builders, Inc. David also opened his own auto repair business in Marlborough, Mass., before moving to the Tilton-Northfield area over 20 years ago. He owned and operated several auto repair businesses in the Tilton/Franklin areas, including, The Auto Clinic and Dave Albro's Auto Repair.
David was proud of his involvement with the Boy Scouts of America and becoming an Eagle Scout years ago. He served four years with the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
