Forrest G. Ault, 38, died Thursday at 1 a.m. at his home, 542 McPheron-av, after an illness of five years. He formerly was employed as bill clerk in the local office of the Railway Express agency 13 years. He was a member of Moose lodge.
Surviving are the widow, Hazel; three sons, Raymond, Charles and Donald, and a daughter, Miss Dorothy Ault; two brothers, Clyde and Herbert, of Pittsburgh; two sisters, Mrs. Walter Britt and Mrs. Opal Grigsby, of Lima, and his father, G. A. Ault, of Pittsburgh.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the South Side Church of Christ. Burial will be in Memorial Park cemetery.
