Rosa Lee graduated from Lincon High School where she was active in sports and choral groups. She raised two daughters and five sons while maintaining a self-employed cosmetology business. She was a beautician for many years and loved all of her ladies. She served as secretary to the Utah State Board of Cosmetology. She loved gardening, roses, golf and was an accomplished seamstress. Her family was the light of her life. She was a member of the LDS Church and served in many callings including a mission to the Alanta George Temple.
