Dewey Bean
Dewey Bean, 65, of St. Louis, formerly of Edwardsville, died at 6:15 A. M. Monday at a hospital in St. Louis. He is the brother of Vera Delaplain of Edwardsville.
He was born Jan. 28, 1902 at Greenville, son of the late Walter and Elizabeth Barnes Bean. He was married to Mayme Viere, who survives, Oct. 23, 1928. A brother, Lloyd, preceded him in death.
He had been employed as a meat cutter until suffering a stroke in 1963.
Funeral services will be held at 1 P. M. Wednesday at the Hoppe Funeral Home, Washington and Euclid, St. Louis.
Burial will be in Valley View Cemetery, Edwardsville.
