HERBERT H. MOORE IS SUMMONED HERE

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Wickenburg Chapel for Herbert H. Moore, father of Mrs. Margaretha Kerr, who passed away Monday night at his daughter's home here. Rev. Charles A. Suber of the First Presbyterian Church read the Episcopalian Burial Service and burial followed in the Wickenburg Cemetery.

BORN June 26, 1875 in St. Paul Minn., Mr. Moore spent 45 years in the service of Swift & Company and, at the time of his retirement a few years ago because of ill health, was one of the top executives of that widely known Chicago packing firm. He started with the Swift Company soon after attending what is now known as the Chicago University High School, and worked his way up through the ranks to the executive position he held at the time of his retirement.
Mr. Moore and Mrs. Moore came to Wickenburg last November from Winter Park, Fla., and had been making their home with Mr. and Mrs. Kerr here. His health had declined steadily since moving here and his death Monday evening was not unexpected.

SURVIVING are the widow, Mrs. Margaretha Moore, the daughter, Mrs. Kerr and one sister, Mrs. Charles Brintnall of Chicago.
