Ms. Jackie Erlandson was a native and a resident of Orange, TX for most of her life, having lived in Lafayette since November 2008. She was employed with Ward Stephenson Law Firm in Orange, TX for over ten years and retired from the Orange County Court House with over twenty years. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Orange, TX.

Survivors include one son, Bruce Kurt Erlandson and his wife, Dottie,; one daughter, Malia Taylor and her husband, Reid, three grandchildren; Annette Marcantel and her husband, Adam, Tracie Erlandson and Joshua Johnson; two great grandchildren, Alex Marcantel and Addison Marcantel; one brother, Charles "Buddy" Tinsley and his wife, Sharon,; and two sisters, Charlie Mae Cray and Nancy Johnson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Leander Erlandson; her parents, Charles Frederick Tinsley and the former Alma Poole, both natives of Kaufman, TX.
