Dies Monday In Illinois: Mrs. Archie Adams, 88, of Geneva, Ill. died Monday afternoon in Community Hospital in Geneva.
Anne Reek was born in Reek District, Sherman Township and was the last of eight children born to Mr. and Mrs. William Reek. Most of her married life had been spent in Iron Mountain. Upon the death of her husband, she returned to Mason County and later to Geneva. She was a member of First Church of Christ, Scientist and a member of the Mother Church in Boston, Mass.
Mrs. Adams was preceded in death by her husband, one daughter, Elaine, and two stepdaughters, Gladys and Rhea. She is survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held at Yers Wittenberg Funeral Home in Geneva, followed by cremation. Graveside services will be held in Fountain Cemetery, the date of which will be announced by Stephens Funeral Home of Scottville.
