Flo was married 3 times, had 8 children and 3 step sons
1st Husband: Marion Rardin, died at 38 yrs old from a ruptured appendix. They had 2 children and one on the way in Sept. before Marion's Death. Marion had a ruptured appendicitis .
Flo married to Ernest Jackson Mullin and in about 5 yrs, they divorced and they fought for custody of their son Jerry David Mullin . Eventually Flo lost because Ernest family had money and she didn't and they lied about Flo. David Jerry Mullin was told bad things about his mother that was not the truth. They lied to David Jerry and as young as he was he believed it. Many years he learned the same thing with one of his grandmother sister that tried to take his children away from him and he Divorced left his wife. His kids were left alone going when he was working. One of his brother was just going by and decided to see him and no one was there except the kids, and the kids were not very old. They Divorced and David Jerry had total custody of his kids.
Velma Flo Woods married Howard Elmer Sims Sr. They had 2 sons and 2 daughters.
Howard, Yarala and Terry were in an Auto Accident and had miner injuries
but Velma Flo Woods Sims died from multiple injuries in that Auto Accide after about 7 hours of the accident. Her Beauty Shop was in our home and her customers loved her. She was a kind woman. Mama you will always be loved and we think of you all the time.

their parents are Howard E Sims his 1st marriage with Mary Ethel Lucas. Howard stayed with Ethel which his sons were growing up and then he could not take. He loved his family.
