Martha Lucile Thornburg Barrett, age 72, of Calera died Sunday, April 7, 1996. Mrs. Barrett was a homemaker and a member of Calera Baptist Church. She loved to sing and was a member of the Calera Baptist Church choir.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 9, at 2:00 p.m. at the Calera Baptist Church with burial at Shelby Memory Gardens, Rev. Mack McCollum and Rev. George Jones officiating.
Survivors: spouse, Julious W. Barrett, Sr. of Columbiana; daughter, two sons, sister, Lettie Collins of Thorsby, AL; five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
