Reba Mae Stone Polson, 84, widow of J.S. Polson, died March 27, 2010 at James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital in Harrodsburg, Ky. Born October 14, 1925 in Albany, Ky., she was the daughter of the late Jim and Ada Helen Butler Stone. She was a homemaker who loved to read and write. She enjoyed sewing, needlepoint, crochet and embroidey and cooking for pleasure. Survivors include a son, Ronnie (Darlene Chambers) Polson of Danville, Ky., a daughter, Sandy Fay (Joe) Pollock of Lexington, Ky., two grandchildren, Kassandra Victoria Pollock and Kristie Sabrina Pollock, a brother, Charlie Stone of Albany, Ky., three sisters, Edna Guffey of Albany, Ky., Ruby (Oscar) Cuellar of Corpus Christi, Tx. and Sally Wilson of New Castle, Ind. The funeral service will be Wednesday at 12 pm at Talbott Funeral Home in Albany, Ky. with Rev. Don Davis officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday at Talbott Funeral Home from 9 am until the service time. There will be a graveside service Wednesday at 3:30 pm at Junction City Cemetery with Rev. Harold Best Officiating. Pallbearers will be Alan Shepherd, Bruce Warner, Larry Casey, Jason Johnson, Kenny Malott and Clifton Malott.
