Stanley Dale Reddinger, Sr., 61, Clearfield, PA died Thursday, June 23, 2005 at the Clearfield Hospital.

Born July 22, 1943 in Clarion, PA he was the son of Maxine Reddinger.

He was a longtime employee of Joy Manufacturing in Franklin, PA before coming to Clearfield in 1976 to become the head manager of Erie Bearing Co. He currently worked for the Salvation Army of Clearfield. He was an U.S. Army Veteran serving from 1961 to 1964.


He was a member of The Salvation Army Clearfield Corps and was a member of the American Legion Post #6 of Clearfield and a member of F.O.E. Aerie #812. He was also a 1961 graduate of Clarion Area High School.

He is survived by four children Edward R. Reddinger and his wife Cynthia of Byron MI., Stanley D. Reddinger, Jr., Barry W. Reddinger, and Anita L. Gallaher and her husband Howard all of Clearfield, ten grandchildren Jason Reddinger, Christy Reddinger, Sierra Reddinger, Samantha Reddinger, Katlyn Reddinger, Craig Reddinger,T.J. Gallaher, Alicia Gallaher, Ben Gallaher and Erin Gallaher and two cousins Barry Reddinger, and Judy Marshall both of Clarion.

He was preceded in death by his mother two great aunts Freda Himes and Wanda ValJean Szalejka a great uncle Fred Reddinger.
