Vicki L. Parrish, 64, passed away peacefully Tuesday July 23, 2013. Graveside service: 10 a.m. Monday at Mount Olivet cemetery. Visitation: Noon to 2 p.m. Sunday at the Alpine Funeral Home. Her friendship was an inspiration, her love a blessing. Vicki was born January 26th, 1949 to J.R. & Mabel Melton of Fort Worth. Survivors: Her husband of 42 years, Donald Parrish Sr.; son, Donnie Parrish and his wife, Kim; two brothers, Jim Hanson and his wife Bobbie, Benny Hanson and his wife Mattie; three sisters: Jean Payton and her husband John,Betty McKenzie and her husband Charles, Margaret Green and her husband Bill; several nieces and nephews and numerous friends.
