William Ashburner Obituary
William R. (Bob) Ashburner, 85, of Dallas passed away Friday evening, Dec. 10, 2010, at The Meadows Nursing Center, Dallas.

Born in Dallas, he was the son of the late Ralph R. and Naomi M. Kunkle Ashburner. He was a graduate of Dallas Township High School and served in the Navy during World War II and the Korean War.

Following his service to his country, Bob settled in the Manville, N.J., area where he was employed as a maintenance worker by Mary Mother of God Church in Hillsborough, N.J.

Bob was a life member of Veterans of Foreign War Post 2290 of Manville, N.J.
