He was born on January 18, 1949 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
Henry was a mason and a member of Easter Light #6.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Lee Watts, Sr. and Jamie Darrough-Watts.
Henry is survived by his sons, Jerome Clegg, Sr. of Paris, TX and Victor Clegg, Sr. of Detroit, MI; his daughters: Yulanda Clegg of Pine Bluff, Tunisha Logan of Pine Bluff, and Shandra Summerville of Champaign, IL; sixteen grandchildren; and his brother, Bennie Watts of Pine Bluff.
The funeral services will be held in St. Luke Baptist Church in North Little Rock with Rev. Eric Alexander officiating. The burial services will be held at Forrest Lawn Memorial Garden.
