Willa Mae "Billie" Robinson passed from this earthly life into the glories of Heaven to be with Jesus her Lord on July 25, 2013.
She was born to Ernest and Jennie Huffman on July 22, 1925, in Muskogee, Okla., the second of six children.

She was married on Aug. 22, 1944, to George William "Bill" Robinson, who died in February 2000.

She is survived by her children, Don, Aaron and Carolyn; sisters, Shirley Boehm and Carol Alleman; 13 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

One sister, Bettye Mantooth; and twin brothers, Ronald and Donald, preceded her in death.

She lived in Texarkana since 1963, but missed living in the Ozarks greatly and talked about it often. She loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing and tending her garden. She loved her church and often sang special music. She played the guitar, and would sing and play at nursing homes.

A visitation will be Tuesday, July 30, 2013, from 1 to 2 p.m. in Rollins Funeral Home chapel, with a graveside service to follow at 2:45 p.m. in Ruddick Cemetery, Garfield.
