Harvey Lee Pelham left this life March 5, 1999. He was born Feb 8, 1923 in Oklahoma City. Harvey retired from American Freight Lines after 29 years. He was a World War II veteran and loved to hunt antiquest and go fishing. He is survived by his loving wife, Lucille, of 45 years; two daughters, Donna Yanity and Mrs Margaret West; one son-in-law, Jeff West; two step-sons, Ira and Billy West; and many grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hobert and Edith Pelham; 1 son, Danny Pelham; two brothers, Don and Eddie Pelham; 1 sister, Drusilla Hall. His sunny disposition will be missed by everyone lucky enough to have known him. Chapel services will be held 2 pm Tuesday, March 9, 1999 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with burial at Resthaven Cemetery.
