Mrs. Elizabeth Atkins died last evening at eight-thirty o’clock after an illness of Bright’s disease. She was seventy-two years of age and a member of the Church of the Brethren.

Surviving are five sons: William Atkins, of Cross Keys; Ashby Atkins of Addison, Ohio; Worth W. Atkins of Bridgewater; Charlie C. Atkins of Pearlsburg; and Otis Atkins of Radford; also two brothers: W. H. Showalter, of Cross Keys, and E. G. Showalter, of California; and two half-brothers, A. G. Scott, of Cross Keys, and Charlie Scott, of Pearlsburg.
