Funeral plans have been announced for Victor C Lewis Oswego County clerk and former member of the Assembly which will be held tomorrow. The services will be private at the home. Burial in Mt Adnah. Born in Fulton, June 3, 1880 Mr. Lewis was the son of the late Thomas D. and Cora Case Lewis. He received his early education in the Fulton schools, and later entered Pratt Institute, New York City, where he studied a course in engineering. On returning he entered the employ of the Victoria Paper Mill company and during the construction of the Barge Canal was associated with the engineering department. Later, he opened a retail tobacco and news store in the Hotel Lewis building.
