Birdie Sill Is Dead
Birdie Sill, who lived at 108 Neosho St., died at his home this morning after many years of failing health. Born Sept. 23rd, 1896, at the same address, he was the son of Isaac and Anna Margaret Wallace Sill. He married Gussie Morris in 1921. He is survived by a son, Ralph M. Sill, 917 Garfield St.; two daughters, Mrs. Clarence Stephens, Alexandria, VA., and Mrs. Peggy Myers, Omaha, Neb.; a brother, William Sill, of Bellflower, Calif.; and nine grandchildren. He also is survived by two half sisters and a half brother, Mrs. Lilla Wolcott, 114 South Merchant St. and Archie Wolcott, 15 Market St., and Mrs. Florence Petty, Pratt.

The Sill Funeral
Funeral services for Birdie Sill, who died Tuesday morning at his home, 108 Neosho St., were held at 10 a.m. today, in the McVey Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Harvie Crable, of the Nazarene Church. Mrs. Eilene Golliher and Mrs. Vira Betty sang, accompanied by Vance Young. Pallbearers were Clyde Gurley, Elmer Beck, Leonard H. Walker Sr., and Leonard Walker Jr., James Stucker and Charles Marcellus.
Out-of-town relatives attending were Mr. and Mrs. James Myers and Mrs. Gertrude Myers, Omaha, Neb.; Mr. and Mrs. Joe Petty, Pratt; and Archie Wolcott, Wichita.
