OAK PARK -- Larry "Kaye" Black, 50, died Feb. 26 at Emanuel County Medical Center.

He was a native of Emanuel County and was an honor graduate of Richmond Hill High School and Georgia Southern College in Statesboro. He was a commercial building superintendent with Blaine Construction Co. in Knoxville, Tenn. He was a member of Pendleton Springs Baptist Church in Oak Park.

SURVIVORS: a daughter, Nikki Taylor of Boynton Beach, Fla.; a granddaughter, Lauren Taylor of Boynton Beach; his mother, Johnnie Black of Oak Park; three brothers, Joe Black of Richmond Hill, Billy Black of Waynesboro and Greg Black of Marietta; two sisters, Janet Layne of Vidalia and Penny Buxton of Kite; five nieces and two nephews.

FUNERAL: 4 p.m. today at Pendleton Springs Baptist Church in Oak Park, burial in the Church Cemetery.
