Evelyn Ellett Breinholt Together Again Loving mother, grandmother and grandma great, Evelyn Breinholt of Salt Lake City, passed away November 2, 2003. Evelyn was born October 15, 1919 in Kelsey, Texas, to Arthur Odell and Mattie Armstrong Ellett. She was the sixth of eight children. At the age of three she moved to Utah with her family. Evelyn graduated from Spanish Fork High School and attended Brigham Young University. Married the love of her life Eugene E. Breinholt on July 12, 1940. In 1945, they moved to Twin Falls, Idaho where they raised their two sons and daughter. Evelyn had a great love for music and theater; spending many years acting and singing in theatrical productions in southern Idaho. She was active in a variety of organizations in Idaho and Utah; but greatly enjoyed the time she and Eugene spent with the Hammond Organ Society. Later in life she developed a love for basketball and became an avid Utah Jazz fan. She had a great love for her family and missed Eugene greatly after his passing in 1996. Survived by her children, Richard and Denise Breinholt of Salt Lake; Ronald and Teresa Breinholt of Noble, OK and Rebecca and Jim Bringard of Sandy. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grand-children; one sister, Virginia Bickmore of Oahu, Hawaii and Salt Lake. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Eugene; grandson, Scott Bringard; three brothers, Darwin, Robert and Arthur, Jr. and three sisters, Lorena Francis, Lucille Francis and Katherine Swenson. Funeral services will be held November 6, 2003 at 12:00 noon at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 3401 South Highland Drive, where family and friends may call one hour prior to service. Entombment, Wasatch Lawn Park & Mausoleum.
