Robersonville - Edward B. Donaldson, 53, died Saturday. Funeral arrangements are incomplete. He was retired from the U.S. Coast Guard in 1953, and had lived in Robersonville since 1955. He was a native of Bertie County, near Windsor, and was a member of the Baptist Church in Rocky Mount, and a member of the Stonewall Masonic Lodge in Robersonville. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Zella Donaldson of Robersonville; one son, Edward of New London, Conn.; one daughter, Mrs. Monroe Collins Olivet, Mich.; Five grandchildren; and two brothers, Abner of Rocky Mount and Levi of Williamston.
