Funeral services for Earl Alton Brown, 77, of Coolidge, will be held Wednesday at 3 p.m. at the First Baptist Church.

Officiating will be the Rev. James Stiles, pastor of the First Baptist Church. Burial will be in Coolidge City Cemetery, under direction of McElroy Funeral Home.

Mr. Brown, born in Robertson County, was a member of the First Baptist Church. He was a retired farmer and had lived in Limestone County most of his life.

Surviving are his wife, Laura of Coolidge; three sons, Travis Brown and Alvis Brown, both of Coolidge, and Lanham Brown of Dallas; two sisters, Mrs. Fannie Smith of Groesbeck and Mrs. Ruth Burke of Houston; and six grandchildren.
