Miss Carrie Anne Gibson, 64, died Wednesday. She was a native of Halifax County, and daughter of the late Berry and Roxie Anna Neal Gibson. She is survived by three sisters, Mrs.Helen Rackley of South Boston, Va., Mrs. Bessie Clary of Roanoke Rapids and Mrs. Thelma Manguerra of Portsmouth, Va. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Johnson Funeral Home by the Rev. Robert Boone. Burial will be in Pineview Cemetery. Friends may call at the home of Billy Donaldson, 217 Dover Road, or at the funeral home.
