He is survived by his partner in life, Robin; parents, Larry and Bonnie Sparks of Jacksonville; brothers, Edwin and Larry G. Sparks of Jacksonville; sister, Dawn Marie Sparks of Jacksonville; paternal grandparents, Carl and June Sparks of Punta Gorda; four nieces, Nichole, Taylor, Hillary and Chelsea Sparks, all of Jacksonville; and nephew, Johnathan Sparks of Jacksonville.
