Glendora was born in Bedford, Kentucky on December 31, 1929 and raised in Indianapolis, IN. She enjoyed reading the newspaper, watching The Price is Right, and playing computer games. She loved her dog, and babied him and rocked him often.
She is survived by three sons: Woodrow (Diane) York, Jr. of Columbia, Joe (Glenda) York of Summertown, David (Loretta) York of Mt. Pleasant; five daughters: Linda (Jimmy) Riddle, Andrea (Boyd) Rich of Columbia, Helen Kelley of Columbia, Twilla (Robert) Shrake of Mt. Pleasant, Melissa York of Columbia; two step-sons: Darrel (Penny) Lee of Cornersville, Gregory Lee of Nashville; sixteen grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; two step-grandsons; and her pride and joy: her little dog, Taco.
