Edna Pauline Norris Wood, 85, passed quietly away Saturday, August 3, 2013 at Lynchburg General Hospital. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, James W. "Pete" Wood.
She is also survived by her daughter, Barbara W. Millner and her husband Darrell of Reston, VA; her son, David B. Wood and his wife Patricia Fitzsimmons of Goode, VA; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Edna was a 1945 graduate of E.C. Glass High School and attended Lynchburg College. She was a homemaker and enjoyed crafts, sewing and oil painting.
