Mary Jacqueline's blood father was Paramlee James Aspinwall - the parents divorced in 1932. Mary Elizabeth remarried Richard S Wise in 1937, and by 1940 he had remarried, so a divorce occurred quickly in those 3 years. Sometime between their divorce in the late 1930s and 1942, she married M B Almond Sr. (who had several children by his first wife, including a son, Nolan A Almond.

In the 1935 state census Jackie is living with her blood father, who had remarried a Mildred.

By 1943 Jackie's mother has remarried to M B Almond, changed her name to Almond, and Jackie's brother James Atwell Aspinwall has taken the Almond name as well replacing Aspinwall (as seen on his 1946 draft card), becoming James A Almond. Her brother retained that name to his mother's death, as he is referenced in her 1999 obituary by that name.

Jackies first husband Nolan turns out to have been her step-brother - her step-father's (M B Almond Sr) first son by his first marriage. Mary Jacqueline "Jackie" married Nolan A Almond in 1943; on the Alabama marriage license she lied about her age (she was only 16) and stated on the marriage certificate that her maiden name was Wise and that R S Wise was her father (her mother was long divorced from him by then), and that she was born 1923-12-24, rather than 1926. Jackie and Nolan married in Alabama rather than Georgia; Alabama's rules were looser. She was divorced of Nolan in 1946, and remarried John L Smith. She and Smith were divorced in 1951 and she immediately remarried Joseph Leon Ring.

She died giving birth to her second (that I know of) child, Timothy Ring, who died during a difficult birth that killed both of them. Her first child was Deborah Ring Hott Ashworth, b1957.

Her mother Mary Elizabeth outlived her by 40 years.
