The dead were identified by Coroner Gilbert Bills as Mrs. Ruth Evelyn Sullivan, 37. of Hendersonville, Tenn., and Phillip Sullivan, 33, Madison, Tenn. Mrs. Sullivan's husband, Rollin S Sullivan, 40, also a member of the Western band and dancing group, was in serious condition in an Evanston hospital with shoulder injuries. Ronald B. Terry, 29, of Green River, Wyo., driver of the other car, was in a critical condition with a broken hip.
