Carol Bailey, 76, of Sayreville passed away Friday August 2, 2013 at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy. Born in Sayreville she was a life long borough resident. Carol was a member of the Sayreville Senior Citizens Club.
She is predeceased by her husband Arnold C. Bailey in 1999 also by her parents Edmund & Florence Weis, her brothers Edmund M. Weis, George Mertel, and sister Shirley Reardon. Surviving are her children and their spouses Deborah & Harry Grose of East Windsor and Michael & Wendy Bailey of Sayreville, her grandson Phillip Bailey of Sayreville and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Thursday 11 am at the Maliszewski Memorial Home 121 Main Street Sayreville with burial to follow at New Calvary Cemetery, Parlin. Calling hours at the funeral home will be held Thursday from 9 am to 11 am. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations in Carol's name be made to Sayreville Old Bridge Rotary P.O. Box 5336, Old Bridge, N.J. 08857. Letters of condolence may be sent to the family at maliszewskimemorialhome.com.
