Okie Montgomery Haymore Davis, 91, died August 9, 2013, at Danville Regional Hospital. Born June 17, 1922, in Danville, she was the daughter of Adrian and Edna Montgomery. Okie was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Okie was in the Relief Society, past president and visiting teacher. She was in TOPS for years and won awards. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Raymond Haymore and second husband, Lynne Davis; two brothers, Irving and Everette Montgomery; a sister, Agnes Martin. Okie is survived by her loving daughter, Geraldine Haymore Evans (Julius); two brothers, Rudolph Montgomery and Lawrence Montgomery; three grandsons, Edward Evans (Michelle), Stephen Evans (Jennifer) and Keith Evans (Margaret); three great-grandchildren.
Interment will be at Highland Burial Park.
