Fort Worth, Texas – J. G. Beasley, 67, of Fort Worth, a retired steel worker and long-time resident of Cleburne, died Friday in a Fort Worth hospital.

Mr. Beasley was a member of the Baptist Church, a 32d degree Scottish Rite Mason, and a Shriner.

Survivors are his wife; three sons, including J. G. Beasley Jr. and Sam O. Beasley of Dallas, a daughter, two brothers, including John F. Beasley of Dallas, and four sisters, including Mrs. Vera Hill of Dallas.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at the Crosier-Pearson Funeral Chapel in Cleburne. Burial will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery in Cleburne.
