John died in early 1769 since his will was written in Dec 1768 & probated in April 1769 in Orange Co, NC. They had 3 other children: David, Mary & Sion. The only definite DOB is son John's. Comfort's dates are uncertain. She married twice more: Nathaniel Powell cNov 1769 then James Bostick c1792 or 3 & died after 1824 in NC

They had 3 children : John born 30 Apr 1678; Simon born Apr 1680, & Jonathan. He fought in King Philip's War & died 23 Jan 1713 in Pembroke MA. Hannah was born 25 Feb 1655 in Hingham, died 12 Oct 1683. She was previously married to John Hobart who died 15 May 1675. She is the dtr of Simon born in Essex, England in 1617 & Hester. He arrived in the US in 1639 & married Hester 28 Nov 1648 in Hingham. Simon died in Hingham 7 Feb 1692. Hester was found dead in a well, an apparent suicide. The inquest into her death is dated 3 Feb 1692/3. After Hannah died, John married a woman named Grace, surname unk, & they had 9 more children: Isaac, Joseph, Elisha, a dtr, Ruth, Hannah, Grace, Desire, & Ebenezer.
