Abbe Suzanne Phillips Baker, 52, passed away November 15, 1997 in Salt Lake City.

She was born January 16, 1945, in Hollywood, California, to Roland DeForest and Abbe Suzanne Dobbins Phillips. She married Lawrence Baker on January 29, 1966, in LaCanada, CA. Their marriage was solemnized in the Los Angeles LDS Temple.

She is survived by her husband, Lawrence R.; sons, Richard S. and David L; two grandchildren; mother, Suzanne Phillips of Carson, NM; one brother, Roland of Richmond, CA; one sister, Victoria O'Laughlin of Boulder, CO. She was preceded in death by one brother, John A.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, November 18, 1997, at 11 a.m. at the Westley Road LDS Chapel, 5235 So. Westley Road (1150 East). Friends may call Monday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Memorial Estates Mortuary, 5850 So. 900 East, and one hour prior to the services Tuesday at the church.

In lieu of flowers, please plant a tree or donate to your favorite charity in memory of Suzanne.

Interment will take place at Wasatch Lawn following the service.
