Wilhelmine Luecker

Brillion-Mrs. Jacob Luecker, nee Minnie Schroeder, aged 73, passed away at her home in Brillion Friday night following a brief illness with pneumonia.

The deceased who was well known in this community, was born January 6, 1860 in Collins, Wis., a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Schroeder, now deceased, and was united in marriage to Jacob Luecker January 13, 1881. The couple celebrated their golden anniversary two years ago.

Survivors are her husband, two sons and two daughters, Fred L. Luecker of Brillion, Dr. Arthur Luecker of Plymouth, Mrs. J.A. Schmidt of Milwaukee, Miss Lydia Luecker of Milwaukee; one brother, Louis Schroeder of Collins, and one sister, Mrs. Henry Miller of Alberta, Canada.

The deceased was a woman of retiring disposition but kindly in her relations with others, She was active in church work being a member of the Evangelical Friedens congregation and of the Ladies Aid.

Funeral services will be at the Friedens Evangelical Church, the Rev. Paul Kasper officiating. Interment in the village cemetery.
