MRS. EDNA FENSLER-HANSEN
Mrs. Edna Fensler-Hansen was born in Missouri Valley, Iowa, on June 12, 1882, died November 30, 1920, aged 38 years, 5 months, and 18 days.

She was educated in the schools of Harrison county and taught several terms of school there. She was married to Arthur F. Hansen, July 1, 1903.

She leaves to mourn her departure her husband, four children, Beulah, Blanche, Frank, and Allie, of Modale, her mother, Mrs. Frank Fensler, brother, W. H. Fensler of Modale, three sisters, Mrs. Grove Brown, Mrs. W. J. Hancock, and Mrs. Arthur Headley of Missouri Valley and a host of other relatives and friends.

She was a member of the Royal Neighbors of America, a loving wife, a kind mother, and a good neighbor.

Funeral services were held at the Christian church, Thursday, December 2, Rev. Price officiating, and the remains were laid to rest in Rose Hill cemetery.

1. "[Arthur Hansen] married Edna Fensler and they had three daughters and one son. Edna was born on June 12, 1882. One of the daughters was Blanche Cornelia, born on March 9, 1907. Blanche worked in a general store for many years to help support the family after her mother was killed as a result of injuries received when the car she was riding in was hit by a train in very thick fog. Edna died on November 30, 1920."
